Ingredients: Pure essential oil blend of Lemon peel (Citrus limonum), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), and Basil (Ocimum basilicum). Undiluted.

The classic trio of lemon, lavender, and peppermint — rounded out with fresh basil — Allergy Assist is a seasonal favorite. It is traditionally diffused to promote a clear head and comfortable, easy breathing when the seasons change. Suggested use: Add a few drops to a diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical use. Essential oils are very concentrated — do not apply undiluted, keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes, and patch test before first use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
