Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate (pure magnesium flakes).

Life-flo's super-concentrated pure magnesium chloride flakes dissolve into a warm bath or foot soak. They are traditionally used to soothe overused muscles and support relaxation. Suggested use: add 1 to 3 cups to a warm bath and soak as needed (about 1 cup = 90 grams).
