Ingredients: nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf. Other Ingredients: as listed on the manufacturer's label.

Nettle leaf is a nourishing herb traditionally used to support the body through seasonal changes and to provide gentle, mineral-rich nourishment. Suggested use: steep one tea bag or one teaspoon of loose leaf in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
