Kava kava is a Pacific Island root traditionally prepared as a calming beverage. Its naturally occurring kavalactones have long been used to support relaxation and ease occasional stress and tension. Best used occasionally rather than daily. Suggested use: 1 capsule as needed, not to exceed label directions.
