Ingredients: Magnesium (as Magnesium Malate), 400 mg per 2 tablets, with Malic Acid. Other Ingredients: sustained-release tablet base.

This formula pairs magnesium with malic acid, a compound naturally involved in the body's energy (Krebs) cycle, in a sustained-release tablet for steady release over time. It is used to support energy production and healthy muscle function. Suggested use: 2 tablets daily with a meal.
