KAL Calming Magnesium is a fast-dissolving drink mix that becomes a soothing magnesium beverage when stirred into warm water. It is traditionally used to support relaxation, restful sleep, and overall well-being. Suggested use: dissolve 1 to 2 teaspoons in warm water, once or twice daily.
