Ingredients: 100% pure Fir Needle essential oil (Abies balsamea, Balsam Fir), steam distilled from the needles. Origin: Canada, wild harvested. Therapeutic grade, with no additives or fillers.

Fresh from the evergreen forest, fir needle carries a clean, grounding, coniferous aroma. It is traditionally used to encourage easy breathing, uplift the spirit, and bring the calm of the woods indoors. Suggested use: Add a few drops to a diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical use. Essential oils are very concentrated — do not apply undiluted, keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes, and patch test before first use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
