Ingredients: 100% pure Clary Sage essential oil (Salvia sclarea), steam distilled from the flowering tops. Therapeutic grade, with no additives or fillers.

Warm, soft, and herbaceous, clary sage is a long-honored companion to women. It is traditionally used to encourage calm and emotional balance and to bring a soothing, comforting note during times of monthly change. Suggested use: Add a few drops to a diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical use. Essential oils are very concentrated — do not apply undiluted, keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes, and patch test before first use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
